Welcome to my news and events page – here you’ll find my schedule for the summer, as well as new and exciting things that are happening at Meadowlark Flutes.
Last month I had the pleasure of meeting Ash Dargan, Australia’s premier didgeridoo artist. In addition to being an excellent Didgeridoo artist, Ash also plays various styles of flutes. So it was a treat to have him play one of my flutes in his recent concerts. If you ever get a chance to see him live, I highly recommend it. What a talented musician! Feel free to visit his website for more information: ashdargan.com

We’re gearing up for the festival season. Our first event is the Boulder Creek Festival this Memorial Day Weekend. It starts Saturday, May 26, and runs through May 28. You can find me in the large Art Tent – booth 652. Stop by and say hi!
Two weeks later it’s off to the 3rd Annual Zion Canyon Arts and Flute Festival in the town of Springdale right outside of Zion National Park. What a spectacular backdrop to hear some of the premier flute artists in the nation. There are 40+ vendors – of which I will be one this year! For more information visit zioncanyonartandflutefestival.com. I attended the event last year and had a wonderful time. It should prove to be yet another great event.
