Purchases may be paid for by a number of different ways;  Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, or Personal Checks and we now accept Credit Cards --VISA, Mastercard and Discover. Just give us a call at (303) 989-9834 and place the order over the phone. If payment is made by personal check a 10 day wait period will apply.

Order Cancellation Policy

Here at Meadowlark Flutes, LLC we pride ourselves on quick and well packaged shipping. If for some reason you need to cancel an order that you have already placed, and completed payment, You will need to contact us within 24 hours, via email or give us a call.

If you are unable to cancel it within the allotted amount of time, and the order is processed, please follow our return policy for a full refund or product exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

At Meadowlark Flutes, LLC our main goal is customer satisfaction. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product please contact us first. Products must be returned to Meadowlark Flutes, LLC in un-used condition and in their original boxes. Please be sure to package well. Upon receiving returned or exchanged goods, Meadowlark Flutes, LLC will inspect the returned purchased and refund your money or send out the exchanged product. If the item has signs of wear, is damaged or cannot be resold for any reason, the item will be shipped back to you.

Please allow us 2-3 weeks for processing. Delivery charges will not be refunded. All refunds and exchanges must be requested within 20 days of the original ship date. Your items must reach us within 30 days from the ship date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to you.

Product Availability

Most of our products are available to be shipped within 2-4 business days, but are quite often shipped earlier. However, some items are special orders and will take longer to process. Occasionally, certain items in high demand may be placed on back order. If for any reason a product is temporarily unavailable or out of stock we will contact you with detailed information regarding your order.
